Industrial Publishing Creates Strategic Relationship
With AuctionZip.com to Host State Association Websites

EUGENE, Ore., February 26, 2007: Industrial Publishing (IP) will transfer
the hosting of state association websites to AuctionZip.com through a strategic
alliance that makes everyone a winner. "Associations will be served by
an organization that has an exclusive focus on association website development," said
Jason Pierce, president of Industrial Publishing.
"Through this agreement, we'll stay focused on our core mission of helping
auctioneers make their auctions as successful as possible," Pierce continued. "Our
web-to-print automation and development of AuctionBiz.com are just two examples
of that commitment. We'll continue our auction calendar product through AuctionBiz.com
and host independent auction sites with our VIHN.net product."
Users of state association websites won't notice any functional changes when
Auction Zip starts hosting those sites. "The transition will be seamless;
we won't make any visual changes," said Steve Johnson, president of AuctionZip.com. "There
will be a slight change to the format used to post auctions, but that's it.
Over time, we will make improvements that associations request. As we develop
new features, they will be available to associations."
Auction listings on state association sites will automatically be sent to
both AuctionBiz.com and AuctionZip.com, which will increase visibility of auction
items on multiple sites.
"Bottom line for associations is that web hosting and service continues
to be free for them, and auction listings will be posted on multiple sites," Pierce
concluded.
