Q: I forgot my username and/or password. How can I get it? A: Your username and/or password is just a phone call or email away. Our technical support specialist can look that information up for you.

Q: My username and/or password is not working. Can you help me?
A: Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Be sure your computer's caps lock is not enabled, and use the same sequence of capital and/or lower-case letters you used to assign your username and password.

Q: Can I add HTML to my auction and/or inventory listings?
A: Yes. You can add HTML tags to the descriptions of your auctions and inventory listings. We have provided a sample of commonly used HTML tags for your reference. The link to these samples is www.vihn.net/samplehtml.asp. If you have any additional questions regarding use of HTML in your listings, please contact our tech support line (866-468-8446).

Q: Why do my photos take so long to load?
A: Sometimes photos can be problematic on a dial-up connection to the internet. Make sure the photo is not large in pixel size or kilobytes. The recommended size is 640x480 pixels, or the minimum setting on your camera. This produces a photo with image quality of 72 dpi, more than enough quality for online use. Images need not exceed 100 kilobytes. Please reference the "properties" of your images before submitting them by "right-clicking" on the image, then selecting properties from the list provided.
